PARADISE NANNIES Policies & Client Care Standards (Luxury Nursing & Childcare • Nassau, Bahamas) At Paradise Nannies, we take pride in delivering world-class caregiving experiences for families, travelers, seniors, and individuals with special needs visiting The Bahamas. Every service is provided by licensed, vetted nursing professionals or other clinical staff who uphold the highest standards of safety, compassion, and luxury care. Our policies are designed to ensure a smooth, transparent, and elevated experience from the moment you book until your final day of service. We believe exceptional care begins with clear expectations, consistent communication, and an unwavering commitment to your family’s wellbeing. Booking Policy • All sessions must be booked online. • Full payment is required to confirm your appointment. • All services are provided exclusively by licensed nurses. After booking, clients receive: ✔ Confirmation email ✔ Assigned nurse details ✔ Appointment reminders Minimum Booking Minimum booking: 3 hours per session (unless otherwise stated). Overnight bookings require a minimum of 8 hours. Special Requests Requests for specific caregivers are honored when available.

Cancellation and Refund Policy Clients may reschedule or cancel their appointment within the timeframes allowed on the booking platform. Last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or changes made outside the permitted window may forfeit the session fee. This ensures fairness to our nurses who set aside their schedules to serve you.

Travel Policy Clients will not be charged a travel fee for appointments located within Nassau, Bahamas. For services outside of Nassau—including family islands or private keys—clients must cover all transportation costs for the assigned nurse. This includes flights, boat transfers, or charter travel. Travel must be arranged in advance to secure your nurse for the requested date.

Safety & Wellness Policy Paradise Nannies reserves the right to decline or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, if undisclosed medical needs arise, or if the nurse determines the environment poses a risk. We prioritize your family’s well-being and the safety of our caregivers at all times.

Client Responsibilities Clients must provide a safe, respectful, and hazard-free environment for our nurses. Any form of disrespect, unsafe conditions, or inappropriate requests may result in immediate termination of services without refund. Clients must disclose relevant health concerns, care needs, or home conditions prior to the appointment.

Medical Support Policy Additional medical services such as medication assistance, vital signs monitoring, diabetic support, and special-care upgrades may be added to your booking if medically appropriate. These services do not replace emergency medical care. Clients must accurately disclose all health conditions and mobility limitations.

Payment Policy Full Payment is required at the time of booking. All add-ons, extended hours, and special requests must be paid before services are rendered. Paradise Nannies accepts CX Pay and approved manual payments. Any overtime will be billed at the applicable hourly rate.

Premium Enhancements Clients may enhance their session with premium add-ons such as beach or pool supervision, overnight care, RN airport assistance, mobility support, or in-room assistance upgrades. Pricing varies by add-on and must be selected at checkout so your nurse arrives fully prepared. Enhancements must be added at booking. Beach/pool supervision requires parents to provide: Towels Sunscreen Swim diapers (if needed) Water safety devices Overnight caregivers are permitted one short rest break. (30 Minutes)

Eldercare & Adult Care Policy Our Luxury Adult & Elder Care service provides one-on-one support for seniors, adults with mobility challenges, individuals recovering from surgery, and travelers needing private in-room care. Nurses may assist with hygiene, mobility, medication reminders, monitoring, or daily living tasks. This service is strictly non-medical emergency care.

Child Safety & Supervision Nannies must maintain full visual supervision of all children at all times. Children may not be left alone, in unsafe areas, or under the supervision of hotel staff, siblings, or third parties during the session. Nannies may decline unsafe activities or environments. 2. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities A parent or legal guardian must remain reachable by phone throughout the entire session. Parents must provide accurate information about the child’s routine, behavior, allergies, special needs, and medical requirements before care begins. 3. Additional Children Only the number of children included in the reservation may be supervised. Any extra child must be added using the “Additional Child Add-On.” If more children are present than booked, the nanny cannot proceed with the service for liability and safety reasons. 4. Allergies, Medical Conditions & Medication Parents must disclose all allergies, asthma, medical conditions, dietary restrictions, and medication instructions prior to service. Undisclosed medical information may result in immediate termination of the session for the child’s safety. 5. Bedtime, Feeding & Daily Routine Nannies may assist with: bottle feeding meal/snack prep nap and bedtime routines storytime & comfort care Sleep accommodations must be safe and age-appropriate. Bathing assistance is only provided when specifically approved and prepared by the parent. 6. Beach, Pool, & Outdoor Safety Beach or pool supervision requires the Beach/Pool Add-On. Proper swimwear and flotation devices must be provided by the parent. Nannies will follow Bahamian water safety guidelines and may decline water activities if conditions are unsafe. 7. Behavior & Discipline All childcare is rooted in positive, gentle, and supportive guidance. Nannies do not use physical discipline, harsh language, or punitive methods. Parents must share behavioral challenges or triggers to ensure consistent care. 8. Sick Child Policy Nannies cannot care for children who have a fever, are vomiting, contagious, or visibly ill. If a child becomes sick during care, parents will be contacted immediately to end the session. This ensures safety for your child and prevents transmission to future families. 9. Nanny Boundaries & Professional Standards Nannies do not: perform housekeeping wash laundry cook full meals lift heavy items drive clients’ vehicles leave the property with the child unless pre-approved Nannies may refuse environments with smoking, aggressive pets, or safety hazards. 10. Hotel, Villa, or Property Access Parents must ensure the nanny has safe, timely access to the hotel room, villa, or rental property. Any hotel security or guest registration requirements are the parent’s responsibility. 11. Emergency Protocols In the event of an emergency, the nanny will immediately contact the parent/guardian and activate local emergency services (911). Nannies do not provide emergency medical procedures outside their professional scope.

Privacy and Confidentiality Policy All client information, conversations, and family details remain confidential. Photos or video of clients are never taken or shared without explicit written consent. No social media posting of clients is permitted unless agreed upon by the client.

In-Room Environment Requirements To ensure quality service, the area where care is provided must be tidy, well-ventilated, and free of obstructions. Clients should have required supplies available (diapers, wipes, medications, mobility devices, or bathing items if requested). This allows our nurses to provide efficient, uninterrupted care. The care space must include: Adequate lighting Safe floors free of clutter Air-conditioning or adequate ventilation Access to clean water Emergency contacts visible

Special Needs & Medical Requests Policy Any special-needs or medically complex care must be requested in advance so appropriate staff can be assigned. Some services require special care and attention or the need for additional staff. All special-needs requests must be disclosed prior to booking. A care plan must be submitted for guests with: Autism Behavioral challenges Mobility impairments Complex medical needs Only nurses or clinical staff may perform clinical tasks.

Staff Conduct, Documentation & Professional Standards Every nurse in our network is licensed, professionally trained, background-checked, and experienced in providing private care and support. Our nurses follow strict client-care protocols, maintain confidentiality, and uphold Paradise Nannies’ luxury standards at every booking. Staff may decline duties outside the scope of care (e.g., cleaning, housekeeping, or transportation). All caregivers must: Arrive in uniform Maintain professionalism at all times Respect the client's home, hotel, or villa Avoid personal phone use while on duty Report safety concerns immediately Follow all Paradise Nannies care standards
