1. What ages do you care for?

We care for newborns, infants, toddlers, children, and teenagers.

All caregivers are trained in age-appropriate care and safety.

2. Do you care for children with special needs?

Yes. Many of our caregivers have training in autism, ADHD, sensory needs, mobility challenges, and medical support. Please inform us during booking so we can match the best caregiver.

3. Can the caregiver take my child to the beach, pool, or resort activities?

Yes — with your permission. Safety protocols will be followed at all times, including life jackets, supervision ratios, and resort guidelines.

4. Do caregivers bring activities or toys?

Yes. We bring age-appropriate activities such as books, crafts, coloring, sensory toys, and games. You may also request screen-free care.

5. Can my child stay in the room while I leave the property?

Yes. Our caregivers provide in-room care while parents enjoy excursions, dining, weddings, spas, or nightlife.

6. Can I request the same caregiver again?

Absolutely — based on availability. Repeat families often request their preferred caregiver.

Elder & Adult Care FAQs

1. Do you provide licensed nursing care?

Yes. Many caregivers are licensed nurses (RN/LPN/EN) capable of providing medical-level support.

2. Do you support seniors with mobility challenges or dementia?

Yes. We offer mobility assistance, companionship, hygiene care, medication reminders, and dementia-friendly support.

3. Do you accompany clients to appointments or excursions?

Yes — including hospital visits, tours, shopping, and dining. Escort service can be added as an enhancement.

4. Do you offer overnight care?

Yes. Overnight support is available for children, adults, and seniors.

5. Can caregivers administer medication?

Only licensed nurses may administer medication.

Caregivers can offer reminders if permitted.

1. Who are your caregivers?

Our team includes licensed nurses, certified nannies, trained childcare professionals, elder care companions, and special needs support providers.

2. Do caregivers wear uniforms?

Yes — caregivers wear clean, professional attire and follow luxury hospitality standards.

3. Do you assign caregivers or can I choose?

We match families based on age, needs, and personality.
Requests are welcome based on availability.

4. Do your caregivers speak multiple languages?

English is guaranteed. Additional languages (Spanish, French, Creole) may be available upon request.

1. How do I book a caregiver?

You can book online through our website or contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email. A concierge member will confirm availability and finalize your booking.

2. What is the minimum booking time?

Minimum booking is 3 hours.

3. Do you charge travel fees?

No travel fees within Nassau & Paradise Island.
Trips to family islands require additional arrangements.

4. Do you offer same-day or urgent bookings?

Yes — subject to availability. Same-day bookings may have premium pricing.

5. How does payment work?

Payment is made securely online or via invoice.
Prepayment is required to confirm all bookings.

6. Do you accept cash?

For safety, we do not accept cash.

1. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 24 hours before the appointment receive a credit.
Same-day cancellations may incur a fee.


2. What happens if I need to extend my booking?
Extensions may be possible depending on the caregiver’s schedule.
Please contact us immediately to confirm availability.


3. Can a caregiver refuse a task?
Yes — if the task is unsafe, outside their role, or against agency policy.

4. Do I need to stay on the property?
No — you may leave the property as long as you remain reachable by phone.

5. What if my hotel requires special clearance?
We work with most major hotels and villas. If clearance is required, we coordinate directly with the property.

3. Do you provide updates during the booking?

Yes. Caregivers can send optional updates, photos (if permitted), and wellness check-ins.

4. Do you bring cameras or monitoring devices?

Only with parental approval.
Caregivers do not record without consent.

5. Do caregivers cook or clean?

Caregivers may prepare light meals and tidy up after playtime, but we do not provide housekeeping services.
